Counsellor Caralynne Mclean discusses eating disorders and addiction as well as personal stories on addiction recovery. She discusses preventative measures that can be taken as well as treatment options. Caralynne McLean is a registered clinical counselor based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She specializes in a variety of services ranging from depression and anxiety counselling to grief counselling and eating disorders.
The ability to achieve a sense of inner balance may be affected by a multitude of variables: external and internal pressures, loss, grief, anxiety, trauma and/or one’s own self-imposed expectations. These can occur without warning, or percolate slowly until they become unmanageable.
