Stories of peer experiences, life choice anecdotes, and the metaphors and analogies create the peer experience needed for people to learn new behaviours. This learning style is interactive and exciting. Clients hear successful stories about how recovery can overcome addiction issues and help individuals relate as they experience recovery in their daily lives.
Last Door Calgary Addiction Rehab Program provides a continuum of care that includes a mental health assessment, individual and group therapy, peer support, balanced diet and nutrition, recreation, positive socialization, family counselling, continuing care post treatment and access to educational opportunities.
